GUEST HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

• Guests staying in the Guest House are not entitled to bring unauthorized people to stay in the Guest House
• CHECK-IN starts at 3 p.m. but every effort will be made to accommodate earlier or later Check-Ins (if arranged in advance). CHECK-OUT is at 11 a.m.
• KEYS on ARRIVAL can be picked up in Gunnery’s Irish Pub situated under the Guest House.
• KEYS on DEPARTURE can be left on the kitchen table in the Guest House.
• LOST KEYS DAMAGE TO LOCKS The cost for replacement of lost room keys or damaged locks is applicable and a total amount of € 30,00 for lost keys and €100,00 for lock replacement must to be paid immediately.
• SMOKING is forbidden inside the house. However, guests staying in the Aoife apartment can smoke outside on the balcony. Please use the ashtrays provided!
• Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the guest house.
• REFUNDS There will be no refunds for early departures. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Please do not use candles or any flamables in the apartment rooms. Please leave the apartment as clean as your found it on your arrival. Please do not use guest rooms for business activities or for any purposes other than accommodation use.
• SAFETY & SECURITY A private safety deposit box is provided for guests in each apartment. Keep rooms locked at all times when absent.
• PARKING We have one parking space in the City centre which is available to the first guest who books it. The cost per day is € 15,00. Another option for parking close to the Guest House is at the Schelphoek parking garage on the Vondelstraat.
• Persons using the Guest House will make good any damage caused by them to the building or furniture or fixtures or other property of the Guest House during their stay.
